These terms explain the practical rules for creating, purchasing and sharing an Artiena Invita invitation.
Last updated 22 August 2026Artiena Invita provides customisable digital invitation templates, previews and hosted invitation links. A preview may display an Artiena watermark; successful one-time payment unlocks the purchased invitation for its stated availability period.
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant Artiena Invita the limited permission needed to store, format and display it for your invitation. You confirm that your text, images, audio, names and contact details are lawful and that you have permission to use them.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, threatening, discriminatory or infringing content; malware; impersonation; unsolicited mass messaging; or material that violates another person’s privacy. We may suspend content that creates a legal, security or safety risk.
Prices are shown in AED or USD and are charged as a one-time purchase unless clearly stated otherwise. Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or bank charges. Taxes are applied only where legally configured and displayed at checkout.
We aim to keep invitations available through the stated expiry date and grace period. Maintenance, provider incidents or circumstances outside our control may occasionally interrupt access. We may improve templates and features while preserving paid invitation functionality wherever reasonably possible.
You are responsible for checking names, dates, venue links, RSVP details and the final preview before purchase and sharing. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here.
