Customer information

Privacy, clearly stated.

Artiena Invita collects only the information needed to build, publish, protect and improve your digital invitation.

Last updated 22 August 2026

Information you provide

We process the names, event details, venue link, RSVP contact, photographs, audio and other content you choose to place in an invitation. We also receive contact and project details submitted through the bespoke request form.

Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. Invitation creators are responsible for obtaining consent from people shown or identified in uploaded content.

Payments and account data

Payments are handled by Stripe. Artiena Invita does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe may process billing and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms.

Invitation analytics

We record invitation views and interactions such as map, share and RSVP clicks. Approximate unique visitors may be counted using privacy-conscious, short-lived identifiers; we do not use this data to create advertising profiles.

Storage and expiry

Published invitations remain available through the event date plus the configured grace period, currently two days by default. Expired invitation links redirect to the Artiena Invita website. Operational records may be retained where needed for security, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting studio@artiena.studio. Some records may need to be retained when required by law or to resolve a transaction.

Service providers and security

We use hosting, storage, payment and operational providers only where needed to run the service. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
